R4.0 HD Knauf Earthwool Sound Shield Insulation
The R4.0 HD Earthwool Sound Shield Insulation is 140mm thick and comes in widths of either 430mm or 580mm. Ideal for installation between floors in double-storey homes, these insulation batts provide excellent thermal and acoustic performance.

OG Insulation Insulation Returns Policy
You may return unused insulation to OG Insulation, provided the following conditions are met:
- Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
- Products must be in original packaging and in resalable condition. We do not accept returns on wet or damaged items.
- A restocking fee of 15% applies to glasswool, polyester, and rockwool insulation.
- Foam and rigid insulation products will incur a 30% restocking fee.
Important note:
- Custom-made items are not eligible for return or refund.
- Some suppliers restrict returns in specific states—check the product page for details.
