Knauf Earthwool Acoustic R4.0 Mid-Floor Insulation Batts are available in 430mm and 580mm widths, designed to fit standard floor joist spacing. Mid-floor insulation is often overlooked, but installing the right product offers significant benefits. These batts provide excellent thermal and acoustic performance, helping to minimize noise transfer between floors while improving indoor comfort. Alternatively, R2.5 HD and R2.7 SHD wall batts can also be installed between floors for effective sound control and energy efficiency.

OG Insulation Insulation Returns Policy
You may return unused insulation to OG Insulation, provided the following conditions are met:
- Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
- Products must be in original packaging and in resalable condition. We do not accept returns on wet or damaged items.
- A restocking fee of 15% applies to glasswool, polyester, and rockwool insulation.
- Foam and rigid insulation products will incur a 30% restocking fee.
Important note:
- Custom-made items are not eligible for return or refund.
- Some suppliers restrict returns in specific states—check the product page for details.
