Pink Batts R2.0 Wall Insulation
This widely used wall insulation is crafted from lightweight, flexible, and durable glasswool—also known as mineral wool—and is specifically designed to provide effective thermal insulation for both ceilings and walls in residential and commercial buildings.

Efficient and effective thermal insulation
With a wide range of sizes and R-values available, there’s an efficient and effective insulation option to suit your home. In most Australian capital cities and major regional centres, R2.0 thermal insulation in external walls is usually sufficient. For cooler climates like Canberra, we recommend increasing the R-value to R2.5 or R2.7, especially if external noise such as traffic is a concern.
This wall insulation is stiffened to fit snugly between standard timber or steel wall studs without sagging and should be installed during construction before internal linings are fixed. OG Insulation Insulation Returns Policy
You may return unused insulation to OG Insulation, provided the following conditions are met:
- Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
- Products must be in original packaging and in resalable condition. We do not accept returns on wet or damaged items.
- A restocking fee of 15% applies to glasswool, polyester, and rockwool insulation.
- Foam and rigid insulation products will incur a 30% restocking fee.
Important note:
- Custom-made items are not eligible for return or refund.
- Some suppliers restrict returns in specific states—check the product page for details.
