The R-Value—also known as R-Rating—indicates the insulation’s resistance to heat flow; the higher the R-Value, the better the insulation’s effectiveness.
Bradford’s Hi-Performance ceiling batts are available in R-Values ranging from R5.0 to R7.0, delivering the highest level of thermal protection available in Australia. Unlike many other heating and cooling solutions, ceiling insulation requires no maintenance or replacement over time.

OG Insulation Insulation Returns Policy
You may return unused insulation to OG Insulation, provided the following conditions are met:
- Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
- Products must be in original packaging and in resalable condition. We do not accept returns on wet or damaged items.
- A restocking fee of 15% applies to glasswool, polyester, and rockwool insulation.
- Foam and rigid insulation products will incur a 30% restocking fee.
Important note:
- Custom-made items are not eligible for return or refund.
- Some suppliers restrict returns in specific states—check the product page for details.
